  1. Listen and try them both.  Remember Paul McCartney who wrote the most popular song in the world "Yesterday" played bass for the Beatles.  However, he wrote yesterday on a 6 string Acoustic guitar.  And he played piano as well.

When you have music in your soul, it's often dying to get out.  Both bass and guitar are wonderful and great fun.  Listen to people who the play the instruments, try them yourself and do whatever you enjoy the most.

    Good luck!

  2. regular guitar bass guiar is BORING you dont wanna be boring do ya

  3. guitar can be 6-12 strings with the chords E,A,D,G,B,e

and bass can be 4-5 with only the chore E,A,D,G(B)

  4. this is perfect, sounds great, easy to play, and inexpensive

    its kinda crazy too

  5. i think guitar's for loud people, outgoing people.

and bass is for the silent type that hang out in the back but really know something that you don't.

after my experience of playing, i've seen that most bass players can play electric guitar, but not all electric guitarists can play a bass.

yes, the two instruments seem very similar, but they're played very different.
