Totos Treasure in the limelight of the Grade A2 Find Us On Facebook A2 525 Final
The final of the Grade A2 Find Us On Facebook A2 525 will be staged at Shelbourne Park over 525 yards flat on Wednesday, 31st October. Every entry has already raced at the level and at Shelbourne Park too. Taking the lead in betting and being
the favourite is the two-year-old, very lightly raced, Totos Treasure.
The black and white dog has raced only three times throughout his career that began on 18th May. The confidence of the connections was so high that they selected an open race to be the starter for Crash’s son.
His first racing experience was over the same distance over which he has to race over tonight. He defeated Ringtown Ned by 5 ½ lengths on 18th May, 2012. Racing in black and white, the two-year-old raced away quickly from the rest of the competition,
and stayed prominent throughout the track distance due to the lead that he did not compromise on.
It took him 29.16 seconds to conclude the racing affair.
In around a week, Totos Treasure, came on with one of the least expected shocks for the connections.
His very next try of the career did not see him ending even in the frame of the first three rather at the miserable sixth position.
The P. Cronin trained raced from the fifth stall, and his break was pretty strong and determined. However, from the fourth position he had to evaluate the level of competition that really had moved on for the decisive stages.
The two-year-old out of, O Learys Peggy, then was drilled twice. The last training session was on 29th September, 2012 at Shelbourne Park over 350 yards.
He bagged the prize money of the semi-final of the Grade A2 Find Us On Facebook A2 525 on 25th October, 2012 at Shelbourne Park over 525 yards.
He took 29.07 seconds after taking off from the fifth gate to conclude the race. He did not wait for long to establish lead, and then draw clear of the rest of the lot.
Jayos Pride settled as the runner-up.
The 5 to 2 entry has drawn the third trap to race from tonight.
