Tottenham Hotspur intend to keep Luka Modric and Gareth Bale this summer – EPL news

Having failed to seal a place in the upcoming UEFA Champions League after finishing fifth in the recently concluded 2010/11 English Premier League season, the Spurs have assured the fans that the pair will stay at White Hart Lane.

Tottenham Hotspur chairman, Daniel Levy, recently insisted that the club does not have any plans to sell of their best players and will not entertain any big money offers from interested clubs.
“We have spent years and hundreds of millions of pounds investing in our first-team squad and in creating a settled team. Having quality players means they automatically attract attention from other clubs - but I can assure you that we have no reason to sell, and every intention of retaining, our key players. We shall simply not entertain any approaches for these players.” Levy said.
