Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp revealed he was still interested in signing Bolton Wanderers defender Gary Cahill. His latest confession comes close to the January transfer window, which means the Spurs could make a bid for the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 international
in the upcoming winter transfer window.
The London clubs were amongst the various clubs trying to sign Cahill on the deadline day of the summer transfer window but due to the low pricing, failed to secure his services. However, with the defenders contract drawing to a close this summer, a move
in January looks likely.
Redknapp said while speaking to reporters:
“We were dead keen in the last window but couldn't quite get there. But he's out of contract in the summer and I'm sure plenty of people will want him again.”
Redknapp was certain the 25-year-old England international would be a great signing for the club, especially after having experienced injuries with defenders at the beginning of the season. He revealed he was currently in talks with the chairman over the
possibility of signing the Bolton Wanderers star.
He revealed:
“I think he'll be a great signing for anyone. He's young, a good sort with a good character and that is so important.”

Coyle said in an interview:
“He is a footballing centre-half, pace to burn, terrific timing in the air, feet that belong to a centre forward and can pass the ball. The way they build up through the middle via the centre-backs and midfielders is a style he is very comfortable with.”
The Scotsman was confident the defender had the ability to play top football with the best sides and strongly hinted at a move away. If that is the case then Cahill can expect to find himself at either Tottenham or Arsenal in the winter transfer window.
He continued:
“Regardless of whether it was at home or abroad, I think it's fair to say he can play for any of the top teams.”
