Tottenham Hotspur to sign long term deals with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Tom-c35214 Carroll
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly about to sign long term deals with midfielders Jake Livermore and Tom Carroll. If the rumours are correct then the two will be at White Hart Lane until 2016, but are currently on loan moves away from the London club.
Livermore is a graduate of the Tottenham Hotspur youth academy, graduating into the senior team in 2008. However, since then he has been on various loan moves, starting from Milton Keynes Dons, Crewe Alexandra, Derby County, Peterborough United, Ipswich
Town and currently Leeds United.
He has made a total of 11 appearances for the Spurs in the Premier League but has yet to score any goals with them. He does not have too impressive a goal scoring record, having scored for just Derby County and Peterborough United once in 16 and 9 appearances
respectively.
Like Livermore, Carroll is also a graduate of the Tottenham Hotspur youth academy and made his debut for the senior team in 2010. Since then he has been on loan to Leyton Orient and has made 12 appearances for them in the League so far.
Their long term signatures prove Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp is thinking about the future and wishes to produce talent instead of buying it.
