Touch screen on Palm Treo 750 is completely blank?

I hit my phone on the seat belt snap of my car and now the screen is completely blank. I have tried to reset it (both soft and hard) and nothing works. Any advice??? Do I have to replace the screen??

  1. Yes you have to replace your screen and it costs quite a lot
