Touch screen on Sony camcord not working?

Question

I have a Sony touch screen camcorder. I can record but i cannot play it back. Any suggestions on how i can fix this? Inexpensively would be helpful!

Also, i have a dell inspiron E1505 and the screen is easily smeared. There are like these water droplet things or something like that and i cant get them off with just a cloth. is there anyway?

That also happened to my vcam. I brought it to the nearest Sony repair station and they repaired it at no cost... lucky huh..
