  1. alot of retail automotive paint stores have scanners that scan the paint and create an exact match..try that...if the paint isnt scratched all the way through,,,try some 3m rubbing compound and finishing glaze,,,youd be surprised how good they work....

  2. Listen to Jim - Colorite is who you want to use...

Dealers sometimes carry little tubes of replacement OEM paint, but it is ridiculously expensive.

  3. http://www.color-rite.com/

Tell them the year, make, model # and color of your bike.

  4. Funny thing about Kawasaki is they patent their colors. hence Kawasaki Green, etc...

For a perfect match, you have to buy it from an authorized Kawasaki retailer. Even then touching it up would be a poor choice since it would really stand out. the fresh paint agaisnt the wethered paint would be an eye sore.

Best bet is to get the entire bike painted. You're looking at $300 to $600. If you go to an auto body shop, there's usually a mechanic that will do it as a side job for a decent price with great quality.

  5. i work for a Maaco and we have painted motorcycles. We use sherwin williams automotive paint. check out the website or stop by one of the stores and some one should be able to help you. also if you know the paint code it would make things go faster.

  6. try a dealership
