Tough situation football?

im 14 and i stated playing football its been going on for about 3 monthes, no games yet. and we have all are practice equipment... but i hate football. im kinda slow for a reciever, i hate getting tackled and i just hate it. i cant breath through my nose so when i put a mouthgaurd on i almost pass out. and baseball is coming up soon something i like and been playin a long time. i need an excuse why to quit football. and how do i return the equipment if i can quit? i dont wanna see the coaches again

I say you man-up and tell the coaches face to face...they might respect you a little more for it...just tell them "it aint for me".  i think a decent football coach would understand, and wouldnt say much.

I've been going through the same problem, except I'm starting and I'm actually really good, just lazy........ What I'm gunna do is keep playing football and see how all this is gunna end up.

You gotta be a man, the coaches can't stop you from quitting football, it was was your choice to show up, and it's your choice to leave. Just tell your coach football is not the sport for you.
