  1. What do you mean by toughest, both of them are little fairies but if you are talking about who is the better fullback then slater runs rings around hodgson

  2. None KAR MICHAEL HUNT hes a bulldozer

  3. hodgson at his age was tougher than younger billy.but if they are both at the same age then it would be hard to pick.

  4. kurt gidley  mate sorry

  5. Billy slater is a better player and more entertaining player to watch. Brett Hodgsons is a good player but really old skool when watching him, i get bored.

  6. Well definitely not slater I can recall john skandalis chasing that ponce all over leichhardt oval and he was like a chook running all over avoiding johnny.

Mo' as we know him is pound for pound the best buy the tigers have ever had in their short history although I would always say the black pearl ellery hanley was Balmain's best buy ever....and he played for both clubs.

Mo' is 100 times a better man than slater and not once or ever have I seen Mo' stoop to slaters standards as shown against the dragons, slater is a CAT.

  7. out of them two hodgson but in the nrl karmicheal hunt hes got so much heart

  8. i  still hate hodgeson because he dropped the ball which gave the maroons the win.

  9. They are very tough in their own right but Billy Slater is the better player to watch. He makes clever moves - always reliable.

  10. I like Hodgson a lot because he tries so hard each week, he may not be the fastest fullback in the NRL, but he wears his heart on his sleeve. He cops so many knocks every week but he gets straight up again. A lot similar to Luke Burt. Slater is undoubtedly a much better player all round, but he seems too arrogant for me.

  11. Billy Slater.. he has an edge about him.. he is always in there.. every moment he can get.. hodgson is getting old and doesnt move as quick anymore... and to anyone who said brett stewart of karmichael hunt... wake up people.. at this point in time Slater is #1 fullback... Billy the kid is back to his BEST

  12. neither of them are tough..

but maybe i would say billy slater...

but i would rather say brett stewart

  13. Both are tough players in every sense of the word! I reckon Slaters all round game just gives him the edge, his defensive side  has improved 100% over the past few years, but that is taking nothing away from Brett!

  14. no way brett stewart ..

  15. It's a hrd type of question to answer. What is meant by toughness. If you mean the week in week out strain of playing NRL, then at this stage it has to be Hodgson because he has been around longer and he's still there.

They both defend well, particularly for smaller men, neither misses much.

I would have to say Hodgson is the tougher due to his longetivity and the fact that he does not play for a top ranked side.
