Tounge peirced and randomly bleeding?

i got my tounge peirced on the 15th and today its the 20th. when i got it peirced, i didnt bleed at all. and today, it just randomly started bleeding.

i dont understand why. ive cleaned it like a nutcase- according to the guidelines he gave me. and i havent chewed on it or played with it at all.

the only possible things i could think of would be that the barbells too long and awkward since the swelling went down OR that im starting to react to the jewlery- white gold (which ive never worn before, but i know im allergic to having anything else in my mouth except gold, but when i did, it was always yellow gold).

any ideas as to WHY its randomly bleeding?

  2. i will say the first time you did it your tongue doesnt have a reaction for few days after that i rather tell you to take it off because you tongue now have the reaction and ill say iit keep on bleeding until you take it off and the more time you keep it on your tongue will have a really big reaction and will get bubbly and and sore and big

the only thing i know is becauser my brother have it before when he had eye peircing on the hard part we have to take him too the hospital and squirt it out and blood alot VERY PAINFUL because the peircing went through is vein

  3. What do you mean by bleeding?? Like just a little tiny bit?? Or like gushing blood everywhere and painful?? My tongue ring took over a week to heal, and was swollen most of that time. I don't think that if you were allergic to the tongue ring that it would bleed... it would probably be either very painful, or maybe even develop a rash. I don't think that white gold would bother you if you're not allergic to regular gold. Just put some ice on it when it bleeds, or clean it out with mouthwash, don't wiggle and jiggle it, just leave it be, you're body may be trying to reject it too (some people reject piercings) just wait it out, and if it becomes too uncomfortable to deal with, then take it out. Good luck!
