Tour Guide on Club Penguin?

On Club Penguin i took the test to become a tour guide and i passed now it said do you wish to pick up your hat and i said yes...now all it is doing is like a busy sign and i wont take the hat...why not

  1. Thats sometimes happens unfortunately, just reset your Club penguin page and try again.
