so why should that person be ticketed for cussing?

maybe a cop thought she said it to him and then that she kept doing it as if she was faking (the cop was being stupid)

This lady should appeal to the ADA and have her ticket annihilated. This shows how "social" disabilities are very little understood and accepted by a society that punishes first and asks questions later!

People with Turret's like people with autism still carry a social stigma in a society that is extremely hypocritical; because politeness, person first language and all that only come as a facade to hide intolerance, ignorance, and impatience with people who happen to be different than the "NORM"!!!!

It reminds me of the situation with the mother and autistic child that were kicked out of an American airlines plane because the kid was "being obnoxious" and "misbehaving" ... hellllloooooooooo??? The kid was autistic!

This is the kind of society we live in: "Punish first, ask questions later!" in the name of keeping us all like fenced up sheep! Wake up people and smell the hypocrisy!

In texas we take these matters very seriously. due to the fact that walmart is a family place that could be why
