Touring asia question..?

How much would it cost you think to tour around these countries.. Thailand - Malaysia - Vietnam - Philippines.. I was thinking of moving around these countries a little but not to much and staying in hotels.. Has anyone done it??? anyone been there for some months in them countries? how much you spend and how long you was away for.. Any help would be grateful!...Thx

Four hours & no answer  -----Why?  Too hard to answer -- but I will help as I am from ASEAN  and welcome to our land.

You mentioned 4 Asean countries   ----where is Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, the popular ones.

If you are from EU, UK is cheap but from US is not so as dollar is down.  Anyway still cheaper than your area.

Cheap hotel : US$40-80

Meals:                  $2-20

Transport (Bus)   $0.50 - 2

A budget of US$80 per day shd be ok.  Airfare to first place and can travel by land or sea to the others.

i do it regular

After my flight to Bangkok or Phuket

it is so easy to get to

Cambodia

vietnam

Laos and china

after flight to bkk i would look at using trains especially overnighters

3 months i would allow £3000.oo for a great time
