1. Has a travel show ever influenced you to travel to a certain destination featured on the show? Where and what show?

2. Has a book or movie (or any other creative media) influenced you to travel to a certain destination? Where and what media?

3. Have you ever been discouraged to travel to a certain area by an article featured by a news source? When and what was it about?

4. Whats your opinion on the Austraian tourism campaign "Where the Bloody h**l are ya?"? is it affective or offensive?

1. no, but I'm a tourism major so I know of most places they feature already.

2.   Same answer as first question

3.  Yes, I cancelled my trip to Mexico during that whole Canadians being killed thing, we weren't getting the full story given to us and weren't told it was just Canadians involved in political c**p down there.  I thought we were just being targetted

4.  It's not offensive but it is a horrible campaign,  Which is sad cause tourism australia has done so well until this one.  It's just not good marketing strategy.

For your assignment, pretty much ignore my answers except the last 2. lol.  mine are not typical at all
