Tourist Entry Card to Venezuela..?

Hey guys, I've been reading on some travel websites that it's necessary to have a 'Tourist Entry Card' to get entry to Venezuela (valid for 90 days).

I was wondering where these are issued and how I go about applying for one?

This Venezuelan Tourist Card will be handed out on the Flight to Venezuela so you have nothing to worry about.

Common advice is that you should make photocopies of your passport and stamped tourist card and keep them in a separate, safe place, while carrying the originals with you. Note that you will have to present your tourist card upon departure.

If you plan to enter Venezuela by sea or land, it is advisable to try to obtain a tourist card or visa in advance from your nearest Venezuelan embassy or consulate, although, in practice, this is usually not necessary. Tourist cards are free, although I've heard reports that you may face an arbitrary charge of between 4,300Bs and 21,000Bs ($2-$10) at some of the border crossings along the Colombian and Brazil borders. Although the tourist visa costs 64,000Bs ($30), you may be charged more depending on the processing fees and policies of your local embassy or consulate.

Not for all the countries, for Brazilian and Colombian is not necesary. You need to go to the embassy.
