Is there some way I can check the Visitor or tourist visa of another person who entered the US?

This person possibly has warrants in another county.

Looking for visa expiration

privacy rules prohibit you from checking for anyone elses information that is not your own.

You cannot check yourself.  Only law enforcement officials can check this out.  If you know for certain that there are warrants for the arrest of this person in another country, and know the whereabouts of this person or know for certain that they obtained a visit/tourist visa, there are tip lines you can call to alert the authorities, but you must have solid info, not "suspicions" or "possibly" has warrants out for their arrest.
