Tourist visa to mexico?

i am an indian currently residing in USA .( I am not a "citizen" of USA ) do i need tourist visa to visit Mexico?

If you are NOT a permanent resident ( green card holder) in the U.s., you DO need a visa to visit Mexico.  See 1st website below to see that India is on the list of countries whose citizens DO need a visa to visit Mexico. see 2nd site for list of Mexican consulates in the U.S. so you may apply for a visa.

If you ARE a green card holder in the U.S., you do NOT need a visa to visit Mexico.   See 3rd website and read 2nd paragraph under the list of countries to verify this.
