hi everyone. i wanted to build a tournament level spell caster deck and this is the best i could come up with

Does any one know what cards i should take out or in?

you need more cards that compliment each other, and not just good cards. I'd take some cards out, and less spells

first of all, mask is not banned. Whoever said that...go learn the basics before answer any questions please.

your deck...6/10 with CCV, the best card there is, but the rest of the deck is not on the same level...

...too many take outs...with all the equip spells, you would do good to only keep DMOC and 2 dark red and put in a jinzo and put in cards like 3 zaper , 3 bankai, 3 hiyabusha knights and gravi band and do a level 3 deck, and keep injection. put in spirit reaper, 2 DD crows. and a morphing jar.  

you have too many monsters, keep it under 20 and put in magic and traps like 3 solemn and take out draining shield and negate attack and magician's circle.

It's almost impossible to make a tournament level magician deck, so I say you change theme to either I suggested or another, otherwise the crush card is wasted in a deck.
