Towards end of dishwashing cycle

Question

towards end of dishwashing cycle error code comes up and consitently beeps, can not turn off by machine buttons or reset. We have to reset by power plug. Water is left in bottom of macine, dishwashing powder is left on most things. Rinse button then works, it then drains the machine no problem. So I dont think it is the pump.
