Tower of Terror At Disney World?

I heard from someone that on Tower of Tower a girl had a ponytail which got caught in something on the ride and she was beheaded. Is that true?

That was Six Flags Over Georgia. 2 kids jumped fence. 1 was beheaded by roller coaster.

there is no way for that to happen. the way the ride is designed is different than other similar rides. i have been on that ride a bunch of times. it is physically impossible.
