Towing in a privet property for a school by a bar?

I have had a problem with a bar next to my property that make rumors about my company getting money from a towing company and getting a little off the top. Yet we dont. Now the issue is that the bar owner doesnt see that its fair to tow the cars out of my property because i am just being mean and that its no big deal. Yet he refuses to pay insurance money. Now the reason this is an issue is because if someone is to get hurt on my property it is my fault not his. So would you believe that it is right for me to keep towing cars from my property or not. I will use these answer as a survey but i will keep all names out of it. I am only looking for what you believe. Thank You.

  1. If it is your property and you do not want cars there, you have the right to tow.

What is on your property that causes you to be liable for someone getting hurt?

  2. I agree with you. I would think as long as you have signs up saying who is allowed to park in your parking lot that should help even more with your cause. You could also contact a tv or radio station to get them involved on a story about people who maybe drinking too much parking in your lot illegally. This might help to wake up those who are doing it. Including the bar owners. Not sure depends on where you live. You certainly have the right to say who can park there.
