Question:

Town to country?

OK, I live in a small town at the moment but it has some good shops and is fairly bussy. I used to live in London and I found that moving to a little town was a hard change. However, my parents are now going to move to a little village in the middle of no where ! And being 15, I have to go with them. I think that living in the country could be OK with chickens and rural walks and theres a pond in the garden and all that. Is country life really like that or can it be boring and anoying when you want to go out and you have to drive for an hour to get anywhere ?

  1. You'll most likely find that the change from a small town to a rural village will be less drastic than that of a large city, like London, to a small town, hehehe.

I grew up in and out of large cities... and surprised my whole family by moving into a very rural village, hehehe.  I like it.

It did take some getting used to not being able to run out to the store at all hours, hehehe....and you 'plan' your trips to the 'city', rather than run out on a whim.

Being an hour away doesnt sound terribly inconvenient.. hehehe... Im about 3 hours from the nearest large city, and an hour from the nearest small one.  ;)  Count your blessings, and make the best of it, hehehe
