Hi,

Here in Townsville apparently we are going through a bit of a rental shortage.  So most Real Estates have a huge pool of prospective tenants to choose from.  Unfortunately a lot aren't choosing tenants with pets.  The best thing to do would be to check with the local real estate agencies to see if they have anything available.

Generally though you would be looking at anything from $250+.
