Toxic Lead Found in Turf...Who should pay?

High counts of Lead was found in a NJ athletic field. BUT who should pay? SHould counties, boroughs, states, etc pay to have the certain types of turf replaced for safety...or is it up to the football, baseball..etc clubs or organization to cover some of the cost......??Are you worried about this new scare???

  2. IDK what part of Jersey it is, but where I work, most of it is toxic, all the way to NYC.

    The lead should have been checked by whoever bought the property.

    Whoever owns it needs to pay for it's removal. Just like if you found lead in your yard. What do you think you'd do, call the previous owner? Good luck with that.
