I had one of my brake calipers lock up on me and it burned both up;I replaced both and when I tried to bleed them, the one on the drivers side would pump up and lose the peddle and after this last new caliper I put on,it would get a peddle and hold the pressure but that same side still would not come out the bleeder valve and the peddle would not go to the floor when bleeder valve was opened;cleaned the crossover valve and brake line and it gets plenty of pressure through the brake line but it will not come out of the bleeder valve, just still have no brakes. Can anyone help in this matter all the calipers can't be bad that I keep buying and trying out?

  1. Fallow what Dodge man said + look at possibly replacing the front Brake lines. Buying a New or Reconditioned Caliper that is bad does happen. Might also want to "Flush the Braking System" if it hasn't been done in 14 Years.

  2. you need to take the line loose and blow air through it, there may be something in it thats stopping it from coming on through the line or the caliper on it,you may also have got a bad caliper ,i have seen some that the piston would freeze up in them and not allow them to be bleed out, dirt from the lines could have got in the new caliper causing this too happen, good luck with finding it.
