Toyota Mr2 Turbo REV 2 3 prices?

Hi guys,

Just wondering what sort of prices will i be looking at 'minimum' to get a decent one of the above, i.e if there was one for £1,000 i'm guessing it'd have a lot of problems. I'm looking to spend around £2,500 for a near mint one, bodywork doesn't have to be perfect but the engine would have to be looked after etc etc, is this an ideal price or would i need to spend more. I wouldn't go for a lower REV Mr2 purely because of the newer the better & the upgrades they'd recieved over the years.

you can get a decent MR2 for under 2500, especially at the moment as cars are coming down alot in price from what they were a few months ago. Best thing is look on autotrader or freeads or even keep an eye out locally for a good bargain. As long as the engine sounds and looks ok, make sure you test drive it. The bodywork if not too damaged should not be a cause for concern.
