Toyota Tercel timing belt and waterpump replacement cost

hi, i have a toyota tercel 1995 right now it is on 195000 KM, last time the water pump and timing belt were replaced in 2001 at 90000 KM.

should i replace it now, and how much will cost me at a private workshop labar parts.

pls advise.

It would be a good idea to do that before it breaks. Ballpark price 500 dollars.
