Hello,

I bought a sewing machine today (it's a couple of years old) and it did not come with an instruction manual. I have a vague idea about how to actually thread it, but no idea at all about how on earth to put the bobbin in so that it properly works with the thread. I've been looking everywhere for a free manual or something, but the I haven't managed to find anything.

Any information would be absolutely amazing =)

Thank you! (i hope....)

Charlotte.

  1. With loaded bobbin -put plastic bobbin into metal bobbin case, then pull thread through small thread sized slit and under flattened hook shape that should be next to it.(If you hold bobbin dangling by thread it should not drop to floor!)-A TEST TO SEE IF ITS CORRECT!
Put bobbin into machine, make sure your machine is threaded up:- hold thread in your left hand - turn fly wheel (so needle goes down into machine)- keep turning, when needle comes back up, it should bring up little loop - hook that loop out with a sewing needle:- This is  your bobbin thread! Put both lots of thread towards back of machine needle before starting to sew. If your machine has drop in bobbin:- same instructions but without metal bobbin case.I noticed your question because I was searching for model 8002 because I've seen one today for £20:- Is it a good machine? How many stitches does it have Also is it fairly old?  I hope I have helped you.  LUV NEL
