  1. if you listened to the commentators on a small track like ORP it will actually help the Toyota's because the horsepower makes the cars go faster and makes them lose grip. The short tracks don't have long straightaways so horsepower is essentially a nonfactor it's all about handling. Notice that in Cup the Toyotas for the most part were mediocre except for hamlin. indy is a big track where horsepower matters. On the Cup side toyota didn't lose a lot, but a little is a lot in Cup.

  2. We will see the impact of the new restrictions at Michigan, for sure.  The reduction probably helped Kyle, especially on the restarts, at O'Reilly.  He could mash the gas and not spin the tires.  He's a heck of a driver, congrats to him and his fans!  Did you hear him thank all the other drivers, owners and fans that complained about the extra horsepower Toyota had?  He said the reduction this week helped him, in his victory lane interview.

edit:  LOL  YES, they should increase it on the short tracks and decrease it on superspeedways PLUS add weight to their cars at all of them.  Then, if Kyle can win 6 more races under those conditions this year I will change my name to Rowdy's Bestest Backer.  jk  I get your point, some people will never give him his due credit just like they don't to Jimmie.  Believe me, I went through the same c**p last year trying to defend my driver.

    3 STR8 N 08!!!

  3. Not a real horse power race, we'll see just how much it hurts in a couple of weeks.

    Rowdy rules!!

President, get your fact straight.  This was a short track without any long straight aways.  It was not a race that the reduced horse power would affect.  Take the blinders off.

  4. Having reduced horsepower is actually an advatage at a track like ORP, not a hinderance.  Having slightly less horsepower helps prevent the tires from spinning when accelerating off the corners at a short track.  A driver doesnt have to be quite a smooth on the throttle.  You probably wont see any real effect of the the Toyota's using the smaller spacer until the NNS Series reaches Michigan in a few weeks.

  5. Kyle Busch just said FU to Nascar, complaining competitors and all the complaining fans.  Take my horses and I'll still win.  Kind of ironic and I love the comment he made after thanking his competitors for complaining.  I liked the blunt in Your face driving from Saturday night.

Only one pulling legs is Kyle.  Well he is not really pulling legs,  just 197 out of 200 laps for the lead.

  6. Kyle Busch is just that good and there's no arguing it. Some people had the nerve to say he won because he didn't have ENOUGH horsepower, which is ridiculous. I'm sure there were other drivers who didn't have "enough" either. Just something more for them to whine about, and what's funny is that if you're not blind with Kyle Busch hatred, that is the most laughable excuse ever for explaining how he won a race. To me it shows just how good he is, when last week people said he had too much horsepower, and now they say he doesn't have enough. Basically they know he's good and want to see NASCAR put him at any disadvantage possible to keep him out of victory lane. Luckily he is talented enough to win in anything, even with the disadvantage he has now. You know, Chevy has more dominating seasons than any other brand every year it seems, but I don't remember the last time they asked them to cut back on horsepower. I guess if you get enough xenophobic crybabies whining about something stupid, you can get something done.

There was a question about why we don't like Dale Jr., but the guy has me blocked. Anyway, just look at President of Jr. Nation for a good reason.

  7. What is your question???  I don't understand what you are trying to say but isn't that awesome???

Kyle leads all but 3 laps.  Just goes to show you that even toning down Toyota horsepower Kyle can win!!!!   It's pure talent.
