Toys r us policy???????

Question

they said i can't return my xbox 360 or my 2 xbox games that i ALREADY opened that is only 7 days old.

but on the back of the reciept it says if its opened i can only exchange it for the same item.

ppl i want my money back is there anything u can think of??

anyone who knows what to do in this situation????

Due the copyable ability of the electronic media and manufacturer requirements of the gaming systems, once bought it is yours.

Show them the back of the reciept and tell them if they follow thru with that you will shop there more and get your friends things or giftcards from that store. Or you could sell them on http://www.amazon.com/ or http://www.ebay.com/ for the price that you bought them for or even more!

well if you open it then it becomes yours

if item broken after you opened it (and not play with it)

you can return it .
