have you had any problems with taking thing back.i bought a 400 pound laptop key went faulty and went in to store and they dont give ya money back just repair.manafacter said they would charge to fix after 2 weeks shocking

this does not affect your statutory rights?

this means that if you can prove your purchase even without a receipt, then they should give you a full refund.

write a complaint letter and they may pay for it themselves. You have consumer rights. Id go to the top!!!

Dont go back anymore :)

go to a profesional store like best buy, they keep you in the computers you dont even need the reciept :)

OMG! I got mine outta tesco and I get a 4 year guarantee so I get it fixed for nothing untill it expires... Did you not get that? Next time make sure you get a guarantee!

how bad is that demand to see the manager, if you got ur reciept and returning it within so many days u should be titled to get ur money back x
