  1. I heard that too.

I am not sure what that means.

I may ask to be tested for arsnic at my next doctors appointment ?

    It's worth a blood test.

  2. You first have to prove that your drinking wtaer has "trace arsenic".   Generally speaking, that only happens if your water comes from a private well.

IF you have a private well, you SHOULD have it tested at least every two years.

City water systems have very little to worry about, unless somebody actually poisoned the water, in which case a LOT of people would be really sick!

Otherwise, you don't "get" diabets.  You are born with it. or you are born with the "predisposition" to get it when you are older and gain weight  Diabetes is not contagious. If anything, it is inherited.

The exception is, for example, some poisons (arsenic COULD cause it) or trauma (somebody hits you in the abdomen during a fight).  In these cases, diabetes is a SIDE EFFECT of an injury or outside resource (like poison).

  3. No way that hasn't been 100% proven but go with the facts and too much carbs which is sugar and not enough exercise too much processed junk we eat like hot dogs, bologna, all processed meats.

  4. I have not heard that before, it is probably just a theory at this point and I would not put to much stock into it. Diabetes is influenced by multiple factors, such as diet, weight and exercise habits, genetic factors are also a risk factor but does not mean someone will definitely get diabetes
