Track/Cross Country Shoes?

I run both, and im trying to find a set of spikes, not the shoes. the actuall metal spikes on the bottom of the shoe, is there a special name for them, because i cant find them anywheres, so i was thinking there must be a name for them

theyre called spikes. you can find them in most running stores. you may have to ask around otherwise.

I'm pretty sure they are only called spikes, i've never heard of a different name for them.  Even if there is a different name for them, if you ask for spikes at any running store i'm sure they'll know what you're talking about.  They probably won't have them on display though, i would think that you have to ask for them at the register.
