  1. those times are not very good for your age, and its doesnt matter what you eat in the morning, you arent running hard enough for it to make a difference at this point

  2. The 1500 isn't too bad but the 400 and 800 are ugly.  It seems from this that you probably have pretty good stamina but you just don't have the right form or just aren't a born sprinter.  I'm a guy, 14 in 9th grade and my 400 is 1:06, 800 2:37, but when it gets to longer distance I'm much better and can do a 5:20 or 30 mile.  None of this is to throw you off just for a little comparison.  as a seventh grader an 8 minute mile can get you places if you try hard and are willing to put in the effort.  You obviously are of the long distance type and if you try could make a decent cross country runner.  I hope this is helpful and keep it up!

  3. your 400m time doesn't make sense you beat that in your 1500 and your 800.. but your 1500 is definately your better event

  4. im in eigth grade but in 7th my times were:

    400m: 1:09

    800m: 2:48

    1600m: 6:07

  5. those are great times:)

  6. that doesn't make any sense - ur split for the 800 would be faster that your 400 time.

i mean - the 400 and 800 times aren't good really at all. sorry.

but seriously dont give up - i use to run like 7:30 - 8 min mile in 7th grade, and now im in 9th grade and im running like a 5:00 min mile - and im really into it, and i train really really hard/

so just keep on training and you will get better over time.

    trust me.

  7. ur times arent that bad for the 1500 but the 400 and the 800 and pretty bad...im a track and cross country runner...well anyways...u really shouldent drink milk in the morning before u run...it doesnt matter if u eat and their is still like 2-3 hours left but right after u eat ...and if u run...u will get serious cramps...

  8. when i was in 7th grade i ran

    800 - 3:14

    1600 - 6:57

now i am 17 and  a senior in high school and run

    400 - 53.2

    800 - 2:00.1

    1600 - 4:25.6

    3200 - 9:41

this gives you an idea of how much you have the potential to improve if you put in a lot of hard work and dedication.

  9. My times are:

    100m: 17

    200m: 38 - 40

    400m: 1:10 - 1:20

I don't usually do the 800m and 1500m.  (You could say that long distance isn't really my "thing")
