Question:

Track and Field 400m dash?

I run the 400m and the 200m, in the 400 my time is 57.60 and in the 200 it is 26.71. In the 400m I have plenty of breath left at the end of the race, but my legs are done. I almost fall over everytime. What can I do in order to make my legs have more endurance?

  1. keep training, every 400m runner's legs are full of lactic acid at the end of the race, if they arent, you didnt do it right


  2. just keep trainning and every time u finish running walk around a lil

  3. Train harder & more often... Sorry, dude, there are no shortcuts.

  5. Try running up hill or on the sand.
