I just graduated college from a Illinois DIII school. My best throws were:

153 in discus

45'6" in shot

and

162 in hammer

Where can I go to keep competing or training?

and

What distances does a woman need to qualify for USTFA?

those are decent distances,

illinois has decent track program..........

as long as they are confirmed event distances you should submit them and see what they respond.
