i am a in 7th grade and i do track and field.

My 4x100 relay team won districts and crushed the previous 7th grade 4x100 relay record

the previous record was 49.15 sec my relay team got 46.12 sec i think we got such a fast time is because we have the 3 fastest 7th graders in the district. What are your times individually and in the relay?

That's pretty d**n good for a 7th grader. In High School, most people can't jump 19 feet in the long jump. The farthest I've heard of was 25 or 26, and that was at the Nike Outdoor Nationals this year - I believe. When you reach your third year of High School you should be at the top of your game. I say you should stick mainly to long jump, what are the other lengths of your fellow teammates?
