theres a track and field day in my 6th grade. its a major competetive event, and im not sure if im prepared. I have a do a 2 lap sprint against one of the most athletic jocks at my school and i don't want to make a fool out of myself. I've been practicing running with my new running shoes, but i want to be really prepared and possibly have a chance of getting in a good rank. my teacher is competetive as well to put a cherry on top. anyways if theres a certain energy drink or a good stretch or anything to do good in track and field, i would really appreciate it. i have a girlfriend and i want to impress her as well. thanks

  1. to be prepared, just practice practice practice

and having new shoes is always a plus

its not all the sports drinks or shoes that make you run faster, it's more of an endurance and speed thing...which you gain by practicing

just try running every day until the event, and make sure you jog a lot before hand to warm up your muscles

and for that little extra something in the sprint, make sure you run on your toes because it makes you run so much faster

i run track at my highschool and i can take so much time off of my splits just by sprinting on my toes. i guarantee it will work for you. and if you get too tired doing that, just try and stay on your toes for the finish

    good luck!
