im a female sophmore...i run the 100m and 200m dash i run the 100 int 12.2 and the 200 in 26.9....i beat lots of people all the time lol but i was wonderying if anyone had suggestions for ways to get even faster, someday i wana go to the olympics

  1. make sure you are warmed up and stretched before you run that fast because at that speed sometimes stuff snaps.


  2. i would say do workouts that require speed and endurance so both of them improve.
