I went to see the track coach at lamar hs today since im going there next year and he said for me to meet him tomorrow to run with some other people on the team.Am i okay for being on trackIm 5'6,around 130lbs and I run every day and swim,but this is my first time that im trying for trackmy fastest mile is 7:56is this okay?good?bad?Im determined to keep working untill im good enough,im determined on being fast and being good.so any ideas?
