  1. If your school has a trainer then I would deff. stop in and see what she says. Also you might want toi go to the drs to get it checked out. chance are this is nothing/ the same thing happens to me when I run. try drinking more water before practice....try to drink a glass of water at breakfast in order to stay hydrated. also, if you recently had a cold or have bad allerigies then this could be the reason for your cramps/breathing problems. or if you havent ran in a while then this could also be the reason for cramps and breathing issues. this doesnt wound serious so dont worry. if you couldnt breathe then your lips and face would turn blue.

  2. Stretch! Have a good stretch, and work your way up while running. Do not start off sprinting if your doing long distance. Even if you have a short distance, try to work your way up. Also, stay hydrated with water or gatorade ( or both).

  3. how long had it been since you had eaten? if you eat too soon before running, you will get cramps. try to make sure you are eating a good time away from running and drinking plenty of water, even if you're not exercising. for teh breathing, maybe you were pushing harder than normal. or hadn't run full out in a few days. if it doesn't go away, see a doc.
