Tractors licence in NS Canada?

Question

I have to prove to my mom that i can get my tractors license by taking the learners test, then as soon as i turn 16, it will become my learners

any website that can prove this, i already tryed looking, 10 best answer points thanks

It's the Registry of Motor Vehicles, a link about licence upgrade :)

From the Drivers Handbook it says "Once a class 8 licence holder turns 16, that licence is also valid as a learner's licence (Class 7). The holder then falls under the restrictions of the GLD program..
