Question:

Trade Advice: Pence, Keppinger, Theriot for Damon, Reynolds?

So I am trying to upgrade a bit at 3rd. Right now I have Kevin Youkilis, Keppinger, and Branyan.

I am in a head to head, mixed, deep league. I generally win pitching, but lose on ERA and RBI. I can go either way on runs, sb, and hr.

I am thinking of offering Hunter Pence, Jeff Keppinger, and Ryan Theriot (or Branyan) for Mark Reynolds and Johnny Damon.

I would then pick up Orlando Cabrera as an added infielder (i already have Tejada as my SS)

Is this fair? Is it wise?

Thanks!

  1. Youk is better than Reynolds, so I dont think you would be upgrading at 3rd.  Also, if Keppinger does what he did before he got hurt, you may want to keep him.  Also, Damon doesnt get much RBI.  It seems like a fair trade, but I dont think its very wise.

  2. That is an amazing trade, for you.

  3. Do it, reynolds is a beast. and damon is also good.
