Trade at Golfsmith or golfgalaxy?

i never used it and if i do have to pay a difference how much will it be.

You would get more for it selling it on ebay perhaps.  They offered me $56 in store credit at Golf-Galaxy for all of the following items:  NEW odyssey DFX 2-ball, NEW Taylormade RAC Black wedge, NEW CG-10 wedge.  $56 for all of that NEW!!  Trust me, if you want something else just sell what you have, dont trade it to them.

Golf Galaxy will take it but I recommend calling and asking them the trade in value for your club (they have pre-determined pricing). You won't get additional value for it being still wrapped.  I recommend using that price and putting your club on craigslist.org and you should easily be able to get $30+ more than what Golf Galaxy will give you.  I did the same thing about three weeks ago.

They will take the club in on trade, but you will not get what your club is worth.  To them a club is used when it leaves the store.  If your uncle bought it at one of these stores it might be different.  It's all business to them.  I wouldn't think it would cost you much though.
