  1. I think both these guys will have big years. But RB's are harder to come by so go fo Turner.

  2. michael turner - 42.26  fantasy points last year

calvin johnson - 108.30  fantasy points last year

Detroit passing coordinator Kippy Brown said Tuesday that although they will be committed to the run, the Lions won't be shy about stretching the field via Williams or Calvin Johnson, as well as adding that those two will be red zone targets, the Detroit News reports.

He had carries of 63 and 52 yards against the Colts' first string defense before calling it a night. There's never been any real question of Turner's ability to be a home run threat, but he'll need to show he can hold up under a bigger workload than he received in San Diego to establish himself as a top-10 or even top-5 fantasy RB.

    I say stay with Johnson!!!!!

  3. Yes, Roy Williams Shaun McDonald and Mike Furrey each have had better seasons than CJ's Rook season within the past two years.  There are just two many WR's for him to get over 1200 yards.  And I personally would say Turner is a lock for that.  So you look at TD's and I would say Turner also has the edge in that.   The only reason I wouldnt do it is if you went RB-RB-RB in the frist three round and have three better rb's than Turner

  4. Calvin Johnson all the way, this guy is huge, has great hands, sick athletic ability, and freaky fast.

Last year might not have been Johnson's best year but he was bothered by a bad back and missed a couple games, the way I see it Michael Turner isn't a proven runnings back. Also the Atlanta falcons aren't even sure if he is the starter yet. Calvin Johnson is at his best when he goes deep, since the Lions are going to run more that sets up lots of play action passes. Calvin Johnson in his first 2 pre-season games has

    7 rec

    154 yards with a average of 22 yards and 2 TD's.

  5. who's your other WR's and RB's?  If you got all studs at WR and dud's at RB then ya, but if you got studs at RB and duds at WR then no.

  6. do it turner is going to be huge this year. Look at his preseason numbers. it depends on how deep you are at WR if you have an extra guy do it
