I wouldn't but they actually might. I wouldn't because once he gets fully healthy, he is one of the most dangerous hitters in baseball. They might because he hasn't been producing recently, and his defense isn't exactly helping the team. It's an iffy.

Manny is not going anywhere unless the Sox want to move him and he wants to leave. He is under contract, the team holds two option seasons, and Ramirez has veto rights he can exercise repeatedly.

absolutely not.  Manny is too big of a part to the red sox offence.  While he isn't as sharp as ellsbury or crisp in the outfeild, he is dangerous at the plate.  Ortiz and Manny are one of the best 3 and 4 hitting combinations in my opinion

No!! Epstein is not stupid. When post season games and/or wins are worth 10 to 30 million dollars in revenue.

Manny will stay unless Epstein gets about a zillion Aone prospects for his services.

Epstein is always about winning this year as well as next year.
