  1. You should definitely make this trade. With a pick at number 3 you could get Brian Westbrook randy moss or Tom Brady. This good but you would  not get to pick again till 22 and then 26. If you make the trade there will probably still be top receivers top Quarterbacks and very good Running Backs. Also if you make the trade then you only have to wait from the 13th pick to the 22nd.

  2. That wouldn't be a bad idea. You could still get an elite QB and a god running back in the second round and you have no shot at AP or LT anyways.

  3. That's an interesting prospect. You could end up with 2 solid players. And if you have the 3rd pick, you'd probably be trying to decided between Westbrook or Jackson. I really don't like those guys at that high draft position anyway. Dropping all the way down to 12th really hurts your chances of getting a great RB though. I would try to get maybe the 9th or 10th pick and that's team's 2nd rounder as well. But even if you can't, you could still end up with a solid RB like Marshawn Lynch. And if Marion Barber falls all the way to 12th, that would be a steal. I really like him this year. With the 13th pick, most people might take a QB, but Brady will probably be gone and Manning might too. I'd either take a top WR like Moss or Owens or another RB like Larry Johnson. I'd lean towards taking a WR though. That would be a solid foundation to build on, with Barber/Lynch and Moss/Owens. And then you get your original draft position back at the end of the 2nd right? That would be great to have two 2nd rounders. You could take another WR like Edwards/Wayne/Andre Johnson or a RB like Maurice Jones-Drew. I still wouldn't take a QB. I'd wait til later and grab maybe Roethlisberger or go way late and get Schaub and Jason Campbell or something like that. But yeah, I'd do this trade. You could clean up in the 2nd round and have a great overall foundation for your team! It would help keep your team from getting too top heavy where one disappointing player can ruin it for ya. Good luck!
