sign and trade Delonte West along with Ben Wallace to the Heat to get Shawn Marion and another Heat player like Marcus Banks. This trade would work because the salaries would match up (Wallace and Marion's salaries are very close to one another), it fills two needs for the Heat in PG and C, gives LeBron and the Cavs another scoring weapon, and makes sure the Heat get at least something back for Marion.

its hard to get trades done with the cavs, because they have veteran pieces with contracts that are not attracting to other teams.  they also dont have any young prospects on their team, the closest would be gibson, and hes already signed.

lebron doesnt need a lot of help, he just needs solid pieces and i think hes got some over there.  they just need a better system over in cleveland, they should utilize big z and wally a bit more.

the best thing for lebron is to fet an injury that is easy to recover from and doesnt linger but takes a whole season to recover. then they would have lebron and the top pick in next years draft just like robinson and duncan.
