In a league of 12 man league of RB-RB-WR-WR-TE-W/T-QB

My core fantasy team is:

Steven Jackson

Owens

Maroney

Reggie Bush

G. Jennings

Roddy White

Dallas Clark

Marc Bulger

Justin Fargas

Currently I'm iffy about Bulger as my quarterback and my backup qb is Jamarcus Russell, cause there are NO backups available. Should I make a trade for Tom Brady and Brandon Marshall FOR Steven Jackson and Greg Jennings? and then rely on R. Bush and Maroney to brunt the runningback load...

I'm hesitant cause there is a reason why I picked jackson 6 spots ahead of brady. Would the addition of Marshall for Jennings make it worth it? Would a straight up trade even be worth it? Or is this a bad trade regardless and I should keep my team as is.

  1. I wouldn't do this trade. Maroney and Bush both had down years last year and I'm not seeing either of them being as good as Jackson. Brady would be nice, but Bulger could and should bounce back as the Rams will still be somewhat of a contender in the NFC West.

Look for a good back up QB instead. I don't think you can spare Jackson, who you drafted so high ahead of brady. If you feel like you should do it, trade Jackson and Bulger for Brady and a good running back. I don't think it's a necessity though. Your team is pretty good.

  2. Jennings has A Rod as a QB while Marshall has Cutler.....hmmm. Jennings will not have a year like last IMO but i think Marshall will put up similar number to last season. I would trade Jenning for Marshall eventhough Marshall is suspended for the first week.

    Hope this helps. Good luck.

  3. I wouldnt trade jackson...hes gonna get like all the carries

  4. maroney is a quaility running back plus reggie bush is a heavy sleeper pick and well tom brady is amazing i would defineitily go with the trade
